Work Overview
As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap
- Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives
- Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer experience, data analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to comprehend and apply complex data
- Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, mParticle)
- Experience in the streaming services industry is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience working with customer journey mapping, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with arenaflex's streaming services and products

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
