Key Responsibilities:

As a Director of Risk Management and Data Analysis at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Developing and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and maximize returns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes and procedures
• Identifying and assessing new data sources to enhance arenaflex's products and services
• Utilizing industry and internal best practices to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk managers, and data analysts
• Providing expert advice and guidance on risk management and data analysis to senior leaders and business stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in risk management, data analysis, or a related field
• Proven track record of analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with data management and analytics tools, such as DataBricks, Python, R, SAS, or SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ph.D. in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in risk management, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models
• Strong understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence principles
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Certification in risk management, data analysis, or a related field, such as the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certified Data Analyst (CDA)
