Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering data into our system: With a high level of speed (minimum 25 words per minute), you'll ensure that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conducting basic internet research: Compile findings in Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs, and provide valuable insights to our team.
  • Maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines: Efficiently manage your time and meet deadlines, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Occasionally interacting with customers via email: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements
