Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with computers, including the ability to navigate and use multiple software applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
