Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our remote data entry team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems, verifying and cross-checking data for accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality and security of data. If you're a team player with excellent typing skills, strong organizational skills, and a passion for data analysis, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
  • Verifying and cross-checking data for accuracy
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of data
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
  • Responding to data inquiries and maintaining accurate records
  • Generating reports and performing data analysis as required
  • Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure data integrity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
  • Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and data programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are a plus:

  • Additional certification in data entry or office management
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes
