Key Responsibilities As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with customers in real-time through online chat platforms to provide assistance and support. * Answering questions about products, services, and policies promptly and accurately. * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing suitable solutions. * Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system. * Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. * Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings. * Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and quality of the chat support process. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. * Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat or remote setting. * Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. * The ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. * Familiarity with CRM systems and chat software. * A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
