Job Overview: As a Help Desk Executive at Flipkart, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer support. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, account inquiries, or product-related questions. Your primary objective will be to provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
  • Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints effectively, striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer queries and escalations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Continuously update knowledge of Flipkart's products, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify and report recurring customer issues for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and [local language, if applicable].
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
