Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting and verifying data into our database system accurately and efficiently: As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and updating our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in retrieving and inputting data.
  • Maintaining and updating records and files as needed: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our records and files are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • Generating reports from the database for analysis and review: Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in generating reports that provide valuable insights for our team.
  • Ensuring data integrity and protection by following established procedures: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our data is secure, accurate, and protected from unauthorized access.
  • Assisting with the organization and management of physical and digital files: Your organizational skills will be essential in maintaining our physical and digital files, ensuring that they're easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Conducting regular audits to spot and correct data inaccuracies or inconsistencies: Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and correcting any data inaccuracies or inconsistencies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Proficiency in using database management systems: You should have experience using database management systems, including data entry and retrieval.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy: Your attention to detail and accuracy are essential in maintaining and updating our database.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills: You should be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook): You should have experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills: Your communication skills are essential in working with our team and providing excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry and database management: Previous experience in data entry and database management is highly desirable.
