Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure the station's on-time performance, employee satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
  • Responding to and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing daily airport operations to maintain a safe, secure, and consistent customer service environment, meeting or exceeding performance objectives through effective decision-making.
  • Collaborating with all departments to stay informed about the station's on-time performance, reporting updates to leaders and staff regularly.
  • Driving performance processes by identifying potential issues that may impact operations, tracking and achieving results against key metrics, and holding team members accountable for outcomes.
  • Working with staff to meet divisional hourly objectives, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Performing managerial duties consistently, including scheduling, closing, and reporting, ensuring that staffing is adequate and overtime is used appropriately.
  • Ensuring compliance with work procedures or policies, addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Ability to obtain a SIDA (Secure Identification Display Area) ID and meet all local airport requirements.
  • Capacity to obtain GSC (Ground Security Coordinator) certification and comply with TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations.
  • May be required to obtain a Practices Seal and meet all requirements to manage overall flights.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • Experience in leadership or management roles.
  • Knowledge of airline operations, customer service principles, and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
