Our Equipment Sales Representatives manage defined geographic territories, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and conducting successful auctions for farm equipment and real estate. Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong preference for agricultural industry background (equipment, commodities, farm services)
  • Experience in rural markets, industrial sales, or relationship-based industries valued
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage existing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with agricultural community
  • Existing network or connections within agricultural markets preferred
  • Comfortable with technology platforms and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic with persistence and resilience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
  • Willingness to invest time and effort in territory development
  • Genuine passion for agricultural markets and rural communities

Territory Opportunities Available: We currently have Equipment Sales Representative openings in multiple states including Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Illinois, and surrounding areas. Territories are assigned based on candidate location and market potential, with most territories consisting of 3-6 counties providing ample opportunity for growth and development.
