The Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the methodology that sits behind Evident’s private benchmarking (‘Outcomes’) products.

Working closely with the Head of Outcomes Analysis, you will be responsible for developing and refining our frameworks, metrics, and scoring models that measure AI deployment, usage and business impact across various financial services sectors and business functions.

While this is a senior individual contributor position, you will act as a trusted subject matter expert, influencing methodological standards and helping maintain rigour and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and refinement of the overarching AI benchmarking framework.

  • Develop indicators, scoring methodologies, and maturity models across sectors and functions.

  • Execute methodological frameworks to produce reliable, high-quality benchmark outputs.

  • Critically evaluate results to ensure they reflect real AI adoption and impact.

  • Contribute to updating frameworks to reflect emerging AI trends, new business models, and sector-specific developments.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on AI benchmarking and methodology for internal teams and - where required - external client stakeholders.

  • Partner with Product to translate methodology into dashboards, reports, and client deliverables.

Core Skills & Experience

  • 7 - 10 years in analytics, research, or quantitative roles, with experience designing frameworks, benchmarking systems, or indices.

  • Experience in at least one vertical (banking, insurance, or asset management).

  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI, deployment, use cases, and maturity assessment.

  • Ability to structure complex problems and make defensible methodological decisions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, capable of explaining methodology to non-technical audiences.

  • Skilled at executing methodological design, analysing complex datasets, and producing high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
