[Remote] Paid Search Specialist - Automotive Industry
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dealer Alchemist is a hyper-innovative digital advertising agency specializing in the Automotive Industry. They are seeking a Paid Search Specialist to assist in leveraging technology and experience to help clients succeed through paid media spends, with responsibilities including monitoring budgets, managing campaigns, and conducting keyword research.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform accounts
- Tracking KPIs
- Auditing website inventory levels
- Monitoring purchased media to ensure that the advertisements appear as planned
- Assist with ad copy as needed
- Assist in writing out SOPs for aspects of search
- Proof Checking Setups / QA
- Campaign Management - Oversee accounts on Google and Microsoft Ads
- Keyword Research - Be involved in audience / location targeting
- Bid Management - Monitor budget and adjust bids as applicable
- Write clear and concise copy for adverts
- Suggest and develop new campaigns
- Keeping up to date of PPC and SEM trends
- Knowledge of the auto industry is a plus, taking into consideration OEM compliance standards
Skills
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, are required, along with the ability to work independently with good critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of Paid Media is required
- Proficient knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Merchant Center is essential
- General Understanding of Google Analytics: Creating Views, Connecting Google Ads, Building events and URL-based goals (will be trained on if needed for a desired individual)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Drive
- Strong independent work ethic
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
- Professional and respectful demeanor in dealing with internal and external business partners
- Effective time management in a professional setting
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment and must be an organized and flexible team player
- Integrity and optimism, regardless of the situation
- Use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done
- Experience in data analysis and reporting. Experience with Zoho, Jira, and Slack is a plus. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and GA4 is also required
- Analytical thinking with strong math skills is mandatory
- Google Ads, Google Display, Google Search certification
- While automotive experience is preferred, further training can be provided to the right individual
- Knowledge of the auto industry is a plus, taking into consideration OEM compliance standards
