Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time support to customers via our secure chat platform, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to prescriptions, benefits, billing, accounts, and general product support.
  • Interacting with customers in a professional and compassionate manner, using excellent written communication skills to resolve complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintaining HIPAA and arenaflex policies during all communications, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and security.
  • Logging interactions clearly and following up where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Achieving daily productivity and customer satisfaction goals, working collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements

To succeed as a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written communication and typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40+ WPM.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate web-based platforms, including our secure chat system.
  • No prior healthcare experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped to succeed in this role.
