What You Will Be Doing

As a Strategic Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising and supporting European organization and largest customers in all matters involving invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes, and collections
  • Project managing customer-specific invoicing solutions, managing bad debt risk, and growing revenue
  • Supporting stakeholders and customers in regards to complex setups and requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets
  • Leading key initiatives across Europe to optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt
  • Participating in European-wide customer visits and in-house meetings

  • Ability to travel and participate in European-wide customer visits and in-house meetings
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish a plus
