What You'll Be Doing

As a Live Chat Support Agent with arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This may involve:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Engaging with customers on Facebook Messenger, responding to their queries, and escalating complex issues to senior support agents when necessary
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their products, services, and brand voice to ensure seamless support experiences
  • Utilizing provided steps and instructions to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer satisfaction ratings

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A device with reliable internet access (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions, with a focus on delivering high-quality support experiences
  • 10+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • A reliable internet connection, with a minimum upload and download speed of 10 Mbps
