The Role

As a remote customer service representative for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through a fast-paced, high-call volume program. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving basic issues related to electronic payments and services
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and providing expert guidance to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving any discrepancies
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat support

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and conflict resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the financial technology industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of electronic payments and services, including credit cards, debit cards, and online banking
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
