Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, package tracking, billing issues, and more. You'll provide a positive experience by delivering accurate, timely, and efficient service in a friendly manner. Your role will be to:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with package tracking, shipping solutions, billing inquiries, and general questions about arenaflex services.
  • Provide problem resolution by troubleshooting issues and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and strong communication skills while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Assist customers with package tracking, shipping solutions, billing inquiries, and general questions about arenaflex services.
  • Provide problem resolution by troubleshooting issues and offering appropriate solutions.

Schedule

* Part-time positions available.

  • Flexible hours (up to 25 hours per week).
  • Must be available to work weekends or evenings as needed.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
