  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience working in a remote environment or with a flexible schedule
