We’re looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our activity of monitoring, measuring, and improving the overall performance of the company. Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of services for customers and partners, optimize collaboration between internal teams, and scale operational activities to support company growth. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where your insights will directly impact strategic decisions. 

What you will do:

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will:

· Monitor and measure the delivery of services and the costs of technical activities. Prepare precise and detailed reports for management.

· Identify and implement actions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services for customers and partners.

· Optimize collaboration and synergies between internal teams, ensuring smooth integration between sales and operations.

· Support the scaling of internal operational activities to achieve growth targets and address related challenges.

· Develop skills in auditing, reporting, and project management. Support internal audits and operational projects as needed.

Who you are:

· You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in economics, finance, data science, or humanities.

· You are a professional with at least 1 year of experience in operations, reporting, or project management.

· You are comfortable managing internal stakeholders, up to the Leadership Team.

· You can deliver effective presentations to any audience expressing strong communication skills

· You are proficient in using MS Office suite; BI tools like Power BI will be considered a plus.

· You are fluent in English and Italian

· Experience in a software company (SaaS experience is a plus)
