What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As a Customer Service Representative, Clinical with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Answering incoming calls in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner - Recording information in the Communication Log and looking up member information using proprietary ASH systems - Forwarding logs requiring further research to the appropriate department - Transferring callers to the appropriate queue for more complex issues - Utilizing appropriate resources to provide timely responses

What is Required (Qualifications):

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of one-year experience in customer service, inbound call center experience preferred - Basic computer skills - Strong verbal communication skills - Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively - Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment - Ability to analyze information and develop effective solutions - Ability to exercise strict confidentiality

While not required, having the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role: - 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
