Experienced Customer Service Representative

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customers' needs, and delivering accurate solutions
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Job Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
