We're now seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team of incredible people. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English, delivering an exceptional support experience, and interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers. Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (while this role supports both, most calls are in English)
  • A flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age

Equipment and Internet Requirements:

To ensure you have a successful and productive work experience, you'll need:

  • 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)
  • Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
  • A home office that is a noise/distraction-free environment
  • A desk and an ergonomic chair
