Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Service: You'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them navigate the complexities of air travel.
  • Handling Customer Issues: You'll work to resolve complex issues and requests, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: You'll work closely with your colleagues to resolve complex problems and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and other languages spoken by our customers.
  • Saber or Other Traveler Service System Experience: Previous experience with Saber or other traveler service systems.
  • Previous Airline Experience: Previous experience in the airline industry, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Certifications and Training: Relevant certifications and training, such as customer service certification or airline-specific training.
