Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Remote Live Chat Specialist to provide excellent customer service through our live chat platform. As the first point of contact for our online visitors, you will assist with inquiries, provide information about our services, and help resolve any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors and providing accurate information about arenaflex services and programs.
  • Assisting clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Documenting and escalating issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all services and programs offered by arenaflex.
  • Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and providing additional support if necessary.
  • Contributing to the improvement of live chat processes and protocols.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
  • A passion for helping others and making a difference in the community.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in the non-profit sector or with social services.
  • Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week, and compensation is $49.00 - $80.00/hour.
