Job Summary

As a Work From Home Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless data entry and clerical processes. Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Remote Data Entry Clerk - Typing, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls, emails, and basic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Update and maintain customer call data, including updating and acting on customer service logs and all customer accounts.
  • Managerial Support: Create and update profile pages, manage client information, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Filing and Document Generation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, generate documents, and perform other filing and clerical tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service Concern Tickets: Create and resolve customer service concern tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Mail Planning and Management: Assist in planning and managing all mail associated with the customer service process, including handling exclusive management projects and spillover work from other departments.
  • Front Desk Support: Greet and administer all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and direct them to their designated offices and conference rooms.
  • General Office Duties: Perform other general office duties, including data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Work From Home: Ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace.
  • MS Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
