Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel to coordinate customer equipment repairs and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Responsibilities

* Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring that all repairs are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Ensure that invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 5 years of customer service experience OR a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.

  • Attention to detail, team player, and self-starter with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, repair technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience working in a team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
