Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and prioritize analytical initiatives, identifying key metrics and objectives
  • Developing and maintaining data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Conducting exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and generate hypotheses for further investigation
  • Collaborating with engineering and data teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
  • Performing statistical analysis to validate findings and identify areas for improvement or optimization
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making across departments
  • Designing and executing A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of changes and initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, contributing to the evolution of data practices within the organization
  • Participating in data-related initiatives, including data modeling, data governance, and other data-related activities

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field) with 2+ years of working experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create informative and compelling visualizations.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and methodologies for analyzing complex datasets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong flair for problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Familiarity with social media data and platforms, specifically Twitter, is a plus.
  • Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, or natural language processing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Experience with data storytelling and presentation techniques.
