• *Role Description**

We are looking for a

• *Junior or Senior Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo)**

to join our team on a part-time, fully remote basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with proven experience in

• *email marketing for e-commerce brands**

, especially in planning and coordinating campaign calendars, writing or directing email copy, and supporting the visual direction of campaigns. Experience with

• *Klaviyo**

is needed, and previous work or examples must be provided for consideration. The position is part-time, with an initial workload of around

• *7 to 10 hours per week**

during the first months, but may evolve into a broader and more structured role in

• *Stage 2**

, depending on performance and results.

• *What you will do
• Organize and structure the monthly email marketing plan for our brands
• Plan and direct around 15 email campaigns per month, giving each campaign a clear objective, angle and communication direction
• Work inside Klaviyo to support and manage campaigns and overall email marketing activities
• Contribute to the copywriting direction of each campaign, making sure communication is clear, persuasive and aligned with the brand
• Support the visual side of campaigns with basic graphic sensibility, working together with our internal team when needed
• Coordinate email communication with launches, promotions, offers and brand priorities
• Help improve email performance and contribute directly to revenue generation
• Bring not only precision and consistency, but also a proactive, problem-solving and creative attitude that adds value to the company
• Support and participate in calls with founder

• *Needed requirements
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Previous experience in email marketing, preferably for e-commerce brands
• Experience with Klaviyo is strongly preferred
• Copywriting skills, with the ability to write or direct persuasive, conversion-focused communication
• Basic graphic skills, or at least a clear visual sensibility that can integrate with our internal team
• Good understanding of brand tone, campaign structure and promotional direction
• Ability to respect deadlines, stay organized and work independently
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and team spirit
• Previous experience must be real and provable through examples of past work, results, case studies, portfolio materials, or brands/projects worked on
