What You'll Do:

As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate department mailings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of important documents.
  • Maintain meticulous physical and electronic records, contributing to efficient information retrieval and compliance.
  • Monitor and route incoming emails, facilitating effective communication and prompt responses.
  • Assist with filing and sorting, optimizing organization and accessibility of critical documents.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to support the team.

Must-Haves:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of professional experience, preferably in a high-volume data entry or customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to manipulate data, manage emails, and utilize basic computer functions.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), allowing you to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.33 to $21.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. As an arenaflex employee, you'll also have access to a range of benefits, including:
