Job Summary
As a Remote (Flexible) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, resolving customer inquiries, and working closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. You will be working from home, and we offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat

- Proven success in sales is preferred, but we will train the right candidate

- Licensed Life and Health Agents (we will assist in obtaining)
