  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Integrity and a commitment to following HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
  • Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High-speed internet (15 mbps) and a reliable smartphone or device for daily log-in
  • A caring and supportive nature, with a passion for helping others and making a difference in people's lives
