Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide expert product knowledge to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide expert product knowledge
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services

Compensation and Perks

* Competitive hourly rate: $24 - $28 per hour

  • $2 Shift Differential
