Job Description Summary:

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator provides support to the Project Management team by assisting Project Managers with task management related to orders, coordinating equipment requests, and dispatching technicians for activations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the initiative to work independently when project management guidance is not immediately available.

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Data entry of order details for customer orders to ensure accuracy for voice provisioning and activation.
  • TN validation and reconciliation against scope of work and porting documentation received.
  • Verify equipment required matches scope of work and service quote. If changes are required, engage the Project Manager.
  • Edit orders in order management system.
  • Ensure high quality and accurate service by monitoring LNP status and providing updates to the Project Manager.
  • Proactively monitor orders to ensure timely processing and notifications.
  • Assist with updating the Project Manager ‘s project tracker workbooks.
  • Schedule required technicians for activation of voice, data, and managed services.
  • Initiate and manage escalations through Operations leadership and other internal Fusion departments.

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • Proficient in productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and working in fast-paced environments.
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, perform non-predictive tasks and oversee conflict to a successful resolution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and professionally.
