Assistant Account Executive
Arc Worldwide is the lead shopper and retail agency within Publicis Groupe, focused on making brands irresistible through insights and data. The Assistant Account Executive will support the account team, act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, and assist in developing integrated marketing campaigns that align with the client's marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support account team on all day-to-day asks and/or own all status documents for internal and client facing teams
- Act as a liaison between client and team to deliver relevant information, securing feedback and approvals and routing through the internal and external stakeholders (legal, regulatory, etc.)
- Assist with the development and monitoring of project timelines
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns seamlessly with the client's broader marketing strategy
Skills
- 0-1 years of equivalent work or digital marketing internship experience
- Extremely detail-oriented, with superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance/prioritize multiple projects at once
- Strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work to their team and clients
- Enjoys collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and is not afraid to speak up
