And we’re looking for the kind of person who gets fired up by all of that. THE ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST This is not a “post some stuff on Instagram and hope for the best” job. This is a high-ownership, high-creative, high-implementation role where you will: ✓ Own the entire social media strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In, Facebook) ✓ Generate viral-style content ideas daily and weekly You’ll ideate hooks, trends, stories, angles, and formats specifically for real estate investors and entrepreneurs. ✓ Build and manage the social media calendar You’ll operate with structure, deadlines, and clarity — not chaos. ✓ Oversee creation and publication of content You’ll project manage video editors, thumbnail designers, and Brandon’s recording time so the ideas become high-performing finished content. ✓ Write killer scripts, captions, hooks, and storylines You understand retention psychology, opening hooks, and audience insight. ✓ Use Many Chat and other tools to turn content into leads & revenue You understand that content is the top of the funnel — and money is made in the DM flows, lead magnets, and automated follow-up. ✓ Grow the brand and the business via content This is not about vanity. WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO DAY-TO-DAY This is the heart of the job:

• Plan & execute a weekly content schedule
• Brainstorm 10–20 “viral-ish” ideas each week
• Write scripts Brandon can read in 20–30 seconds
• Review analytics and optimize for retention
• Create lead magnets & keywords that amplify growth
• Build Many Chat flows tied to content
• Manage editors and assets to deliver finished posts
• Collaborate with the marketing and growth team
• Repurpose long-form into short-form (and vice-versa)
• Track KPIs, report on performance, and optimize
