Job Description

As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Recommending the right solutions to customers, based on their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
  • Maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store displays
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring that they meet arenaflex's high standards
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, to ensure that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Recommend the right solutions to customers, based on their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
  • Maintain the high quality and visual standards of our products and store displays
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring that they meet arenaflex's high standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, to ensure that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, or communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail or customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and sales

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
