Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish/English Support, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive assistance to callers regarding benefit programs, including support with filing claims, setting up direct deposits, and updating member demographic information.
  • Capturing and advising on plan elections, conducting provider searches, and enrolling dependents.
  • Acting as a liaison for escalated issues, managing a high volume of calls, and maintaining detailed call logs.
  • Participating in outreach campaigns and collaborating with account specialists to address pending eligibility issues.
  • Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
  • A basic understanding of employee benefits and related products/services.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Experience with office equipment and technologies.
