  • *Job Posting: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Innovative 8-Figure Telehealth Company**

FIRST- We are a rapidly growing fast paced online health clinic. We are in search of a CMO that understands all the challenges of a startup balanced with the need of discipline and structure. The leader we are search for must be a roll your shirtsleeves up marketing leader that is running a $ 300k/month ad spend with a 8:1 ROAS. Are you ready to lead the charge in commercializing our brand and catapulting a telehealth company's monthly revenue? We are a pioneering telehealth organization, making significant strides in the healthcare industry by providing accessible and top-notch virtual medical services to a wide-ranging customer base. We are actively seeking an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive team and spearhead our marketing efforts to achieve exponential revenue growth.

  • *Role and Responsibilities:**

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and prosperity of our organization. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that will drive exceptional revenue growth, taking us from our current $10 - 15M to over $ 100M annually in the next 3 years. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to align marketing objectives with overall business goals and guide the company's brand commercialization efforts. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: 1.

Revenue Growth Strategy:

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to substantially increase monthly revenue from $ 10M -$ 100M annually. Utilize data-driven insights to identify lucrative market opportunities and target audiences effectively. 2.

Brand Commercialization:

Lead efforts to commercialize and enhance the company's brand value. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints to create a compelling brand identity. 3.

Digital Marketing Excellence:

Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and user engagement. Be creative with landing pages. 4.

Product Marketing Expertise:

Collaborate closely with product teams to devise impactful go-to-market strategies for new telehealth services and features. 5.

Public Relations and Partnerships:

Strengthen the company's reputation and visibility through strategic PR initiatives, media relations, and strategic partnerships. 6.

Market Research:

Stay at the forefront of industry trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships. 7.

Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

  • *Qualifications and Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: 1.

Proven Revenue Growth Record:

Demonstrated success in scaling revenue for high-growth companies, particularly in the range of 8-figure organizations. This is a requirement. 2.

Healthcare Experience:

Previous experience in the healthcare industry or telehealth sector will be highly advantageous. 3.

Strategic Vision:

Ability to think strategically, anticipate market trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing plans. 4.

Data-Driven Approach:

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization. 5.

Brand Commercialization Expertise:

Experience in elevating brands to increase their market presence and impact. 6.

Leadership Skills:

Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional marketing teams, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. 7.

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively. 8.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
