Partnering closely with senior leaders and initiative owners, you’ll ensure enterprise transformations—such as ERP implementations, mergers, and system redesigns—deliver real, sustainable change, not just go-live milestones. This position can work remotely from a work-at-home office anywhere in the United States. Our comprehensive total rewards support you, your family, and your future with:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401K + 5% company match

  • Free short-and-long-term disability insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Employee Resource Groups
  • Recognition and perks

As a Strategic Initiatives & Transformation Analyst, you'll get to:

  • Develop, publish, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting that track progress, outcomes, and value realization for enterprise strategic initiatives
  • Define and govern success metrics, OKRs/KPIs, and benefits-realization measures to ensure accurate, consistent, decision-ready data
  • Translate complex data into clear executive narratives, insights, and recommendations that support invest, pivot, or stop decisions
  • Perform business case, variance, and root-cause analysis to assess initiative performance against plan and intended outcomes
  • Track portfolio-level performance, risks, dependencies, and enterprise capacity; surface trends and recommend course corrections
  • Quantify change readiness and adoption, including training effectiveness, utilization, stakeholder sentiment, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stability
  • Maintain and govern an enterprise transformation portfolio, including standardized definitions, metrics, cadence, and reporting
  • Support development of transformation roadmaps and strategic plans across multi-year initiatives
  • Prepare high-quality executive and board-level materials, including dashboards, one-page briefs, and status reporting
  • Partner with senior leaders and initiative owners as a trusted advisor, facilitating data-driven reviews and documenting decisions

  • Knowledge of structured change management (e.g., ADKAR), OKRs, and portfolio governance, preferred.
  • Knowledge of data and visualization tools supporting data metrics and dashboard, preferred.

Experience

  • Six (6) years of related experience required. To include:

  • Preparing and analyzing operational and performance data to make strategic business recommendations
  • Working in a collaborative, team-based environment supporting complex, multi-stakeholder project.
  • Experience with developing Business Cases and ROIs preferred.
