Role Snapshot: Company: Workwarp Compensation: Competitive salary with a range of $34-$50 per hour Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate openings available Position: Aetna Remote Careers NJ - Experienced Data Analyst - Medicare Sales and Commissions Key Responsibilities: As an Experienced Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data analysis needs, and translate them into actionable visualizations and reports Designing and optimizing data models and data systems to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes Conducting data analysis, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies, and providing valuable insights to drive informed business decisions Performing data validation and data quality assessments to ensure accuracy and reliability of visualizations and reports Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across different systems Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Strong SQL and database skills: Experience working with large datasets and strong SQL skills are essential for this role. Tableau expertise: Experience developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau-driven dashboards and analytics is required. High-level Excel skills: High-level competency in Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and other advanced features, is necessary. Excellent communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical users, are essential. Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Experience: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to rapidly develop expertise: The ability to quickly develop expertise and knowledge of new domains and underlying data sources is preferred. Independent and collaborative work: The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment is desirable. Troubleshooting and performance tuning: Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning within Tableau Server and reports is a plus.
