As a fast-growing tech company, we're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our remote US team and help us scale our customer success.

Key Responsibilities

As an experienced Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
  • Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
  • Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
  • Utilizing Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
  • Collaborating with the customer success team to identify and resolve customer pain points
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our growing customer base

Preferred Qualifications

* Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information

  • Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
