Job Description:
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and delivering personalized support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or written correspondence
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Providing personalized support to clients, including explaining plan benefits, Aetna strategies, and resources
- Building strong relationships with clients by actively listening, empathizing, and addressing their concerns
- Utilizing customer support software to track and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Capabilities:
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
