Job Description:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and delivering personalized support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions
  • Providing personalized support to clients, including explaining plan benefits, Aetna strategies, and resources
  • Building strong relationships with clients by actively listening, empathizing, and addressing their concerns
  • Utilizing customer support software to track and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Required Capabilities:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
