Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless communication with customers
- Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner, providing a world-class experience to our customers
- Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies, including marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating concerns as needed
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
- A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
- The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
- Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
- Organizational, detailed, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual skills are a strong plus, but not required

- A competitive base salary of $15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses
- Flexible scheduling, with shifts ranging from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, and alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm
