Graphic Designer
Noble Care Marketing is a healthcare marketing services firm seeking a full-time graphic designer to support their creative team. The role involves creating graphic assets for various channels, managing projects, and ensuring high-quality design for over 50 healthcare clients.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing designs for various media, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media graphics, apparel, brochures, and flyers
- Communicate with project managers to understand project objectives, requirements, and brand guidelines
- Produce high-quality graphics that align with project goals and enhance user experience
- Conduct audits across various technologies and marketing programs
- Assist our Chief Marketing Officer or Creative Director with any corporate initiatives
- Act as a lead point of contact for cross-functional teams and platforms to drive planning and completion
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality design
- Own the design process from start to finish, while establishing a consistent and polished visual identity
- Effectively organize projects and communicate project updates with clarity
- Support partners and programs by tracking projects and milestones
- Schedule key program and project-related meetings
- Work with staff to maintain project deliverables and schedules using project management tools
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
- Fill in where & when necessary to accomplish stated responsibilities
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, user experience, visual arts, or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a high-quality portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or another professional design software
- Experience using Asana or other project management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Able to ask questions and articulate design concepts to project leads
- Experience using Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other mainstream social media platforms
- Team Player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and meticulous attention to detail
- Willingness to adapt and learn new skills as required
- Experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to handle responsibilities with limited supervision
- Passionate about design and the future of the industry
- Confidence to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work 40 hours per week
- Project Management Certification
- UX and UI familiarity
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for designing web assets
- Technological know-how of image manipulation
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools
- Understanding of 3D design and CAD
- Expertise in Asana or other project management software
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of AI and new technologies across business
