Location: Ramsey, New Jersey Work Type: In-Office (4 days per week) About the Role: We are looking for passionate individuals eager to continue their journey as developers and grow into Technical Architects (TAs) at NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture. This role offers hands-on learning opportunities and structured workshops to help you excel in building scalable solutions, writing efficient code, and integrating systems on AWS and Salesforce platforms. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and test scalable solutions for our clients.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development lifecycle.
• Gain expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS Lambda, and other cloud technologies.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of programming experience (internships or projects considered).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders. Growth Path:
• Through our tailored workshops, gain advanced knowledge of system architecture, DevOps pipelines, and infrastructure automation to grow into a Technical Architect role.
