Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Designer to join our team of creatives. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering exceptional user experiences across our web and cloud applications. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative user experience (UX) design solutions that meet the needs of our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional user experiences across our web and cloud applications
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user engagement
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications to communicate design concepts to stakeholders
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and improve user experiences
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on web and cloud applications
- Portfolio that showcases your design expertise and experience in creating user-centered experiences
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Design or a related field
- Experience with design systems and guidelines
- Knowledge of front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with user research and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
