As a TurboTax Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding TurboTax products and tax return software. You will work closely with our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
