As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with reservations, resolving travel-related issues, and ensuring every interaction embodies the blithequark experience. You'll work in a flexible, part-time schedule, with shifts available during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications in customer service, travel, or hospitality preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on adaptability, flexibility, and continuous learning.
