About the opportunity The Sales Manager, Direct To Consumer will have a track record of success in sales leadership. This individual is driven to obtain a high-income opportunity, and has a knack for motivating and inspiring others. They exhibit a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, and will have an understanding of lead generation and lead conversion. They will have led inside sales teams (preferably in Real Estate), developed systems for top of funnel conversion to drive contacts on up funnel leads and will have a proven track record of increasing productivity and efficiency of inbound and outbound sales agents through systems, scripts, mindset coaching, clear goal setting, communication and coordination with field leadership teams. They should be highly skilled in holding others accountable, and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. They are authentic leaders and find passion in helping others achieve their goals. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. In this role, you will

  • Work cross functionally with Ops/Field Leadership/Senior Leadership to increase department success.
  • Set goals weekly, monthly, quarterly goals for the team and host weekly team meetings and 1-1s with each ISA
  • Provide weekly training that consist of role plays, call shadowing, and call audits
  • Train and onboard new inside sales agents as business needs arise.
  • Strategize with leadership to continue to improve department efficiency and success
  • Leading a team of 14-20 inside sales agents to drive listing appointments to our preferred partners across the cities we serve
  • Work closely with Leadership to support departmental goals and will be a key member in the department’s growth
  • Hold weekly training, shadow sessions, one on one meetings, and strategy sessions in order to support the departments/team’s success

Pay and benefits

  • Compensation range: $60,000 + commissions
  • Remote-first environment (our Headquarters are in Austin, TX, come visit!)
