Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, demonstrating a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong foundation in customer support principles and practices
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a strong commitment to delivering results in a remote work environment
